10:00am Pacific time Apple will be hosting their “Lets Rock” event. From numerous sources on the Internets, looks like Apple will be announcing new iPods, iTunes 8.0, and maybe the 2.1 software for iPhone/iPod Touch. Rumors have been circulating saying that the 2.1 software will have some kind of “secret” features added. My opinion is that’s just wishful thinking. Heck I’ve been waiting for MMS and cut/paste since the first update of the first gen iPhone. So I wont be holding my breath for any ground breaking features this time around. I do hope however they fix all the 3G, connection, apps crashing issues people are having, because I am tired of hearing about it everyday. I must be one of the luck ones, because my iPhone has been a champ, I have had slight keyboard lag, and a couple apps crash, but I blame that on the apps not necessarily the iPhone. Let the count down begin! I’ll update my twitter account as the day event progresses.
