Apple has sent out a recall on the USB adapter that comes with the iPhone 3G and sold in its and At&t stores. Apparently the prongs are weak and have had a problem of breaking off inside power sockets. :-/ We have even gone as far as pulling them from all new iPhones in the store. The problem is that Apple will not start replacing these bad boys until October. Smooth Apple, real smooth. Here is the link to Apple’s support page detailing the recall and how to get a new one.
