Samsung Files Counter Suit in the US Against Apple
Samsung fired back last week at Apple with their own patent lawsuit in South Korea, Japan and Germany, but not the US. Yesterday Samsung filed the same counter suit in a California federal court, accusing Apple of infringing on many of their mobile device patents. Samsung has said that Apple is in violation of no less than 10 of their patents including the way the device shows time.
“As users travel across time zones, the ability of a mobile device to update to the local time is important for tracking appointments and meetings,”.
