So is this app for people who are not at the parade? No, they will watch it on TV. It must be for people who are there and need to find a snack! No, they are ACTUALLY WATCHING THE PARADE!!! I guess we could use it as a reference guide for each float? Oh wait the parade is over so I need to delete this from my phone now. Never mind. My bad.
