The Samsung Reality is the successor to the Samsung Rogue from Verizon Wireless; however, it’s actually a step down from the Rogue. The Reality features EVDO Rev. 0 (vs. Rev. A on the Rogue) and features a less attractive screen. The Reality is still a great mid-range slider phone, just not as great as the phone it’s replacing. The Samsung Reality is available from Verizon Wireless, in red or black, for $79.99 with a two-year agreement.
When the Nexus One was first announced it was with T-Mobile and a promise of Verizon in the fall. Before you CDMA loving fans get all the glory, Google has released an AT&T/Rogers 3G compatible version for $529. There is no subsidized price on the AT&T/Rogers version, so if you want one, you gotta pay to play.
With the 3G version of the iPad coming soon, Apple has released the procedures and customers can expect the service to work. With Apple and AT&T offering no contract on the data plan many people, including my self were wondering how this process was going to go down. Well the kind folks at MacRumors have broken it down rather well, step by step. Check out the details HERE.
All right, the new update for the Nexus One is out and it ROCKS! New Google Maps and native Multitouch support! Check out the video of my hands-on with the newest update.
